		<description>In this particular case it's perfectly legal. It's for the railway network which routes Emergency calls to the Signaller. What I need to do is to route these calls to one particular signaller when the train is in one particular area.</description>

		<description>Are you talking about 911 (999)?
You may want to check into local and state laws.  In many places it is [B][I]illegal[/I][/B] to reroute emergency calls away from dispach centers.  At best it is a liability situation if someone after hours needs help and can't get an answer.</description>
