 Router Troubleshooting Cisco 7500 series
can any one tell me how to check which interface is utilizing more bandwidth in high end routers(7500 ,10000 series) if so many interface are configured? since we cant check each and every interface at the time of slowness.

I would recommend using an SNMP monitor like MRTG, CACTUS or something similar to watch all of the interfaces. The graphs should clue you in pretty quickly which interface has high utilization or errors.

Yeah!!! that would be the best option to check the interface parameters. I got update some from one of we can configure SNMP monitoring or write some TCL scripting to check this in a minute.

If u want to check who is causing high network utilization then u should go for ip accounting.
By this u can check the source and destination ip add. and u can trace the user.
