Please decribe more clear your network configuration. Do you use these 2 wireless router as access point? Or they are routers located in 2 different sites, and all the connection from them are passing through internet?

The question is hard follow. Among other reasons, abbreviations, punctuation and capitalization make reading difficult.   1 from mtnl and 2 local net   What is "mtnl"?   How are the two connected?   ...both Ip rang is 192.168.1.x   What does that mean? Are you saying that they both serve the same subnet address range? How are addresses assigned?   Tom

Only a couple more details for you to clarify. The other details might lead to more questions. How are the two connected, and how are addresses assigned? (Are both routers assigning addresses in the same subnet?)

Yes, but how are the two routers connected to each other? Describe the network topology. And what system provides DHCP services? If both routers handle the same subnet range, how are addresses in that subnet range assigned? A device can only connect to one of the routers at a time. Where does the device get its address? Where is the DHCP server? (How are addresses kept separate under the two routers?) -- Tom
