My guess from the small amount of information provided is that you are trying to manage these switches.
I'm not aware of any switches in the Office Connect series that are manageable - which is why I have a number of them in a box collecting dust after being replaced with managed units.

Ok. You have a 3Com OfficeConnect Router. First off, what about it is not working. Is the power on? Can you get link lights when you plug your computer in? Does your computer get an IP address Via DHCP? Can you ping the Router? Can you get the web based management interface? Can you log in? What do you need help with? Please be more specific…
