Router Extender can’t access Internet
I cannot access the internet through the router repeater even though I have full internet connectivity. I have an SMC gateway and believe that the Access List does not include the MAC address of the repeater. I cannot find out how to add the MAC to the access list

Software/Hardware used:
Windoww XP and Netgear Repeater

Before you try adding mac address, can you turn off the the MAC filtering or Access list mode?

This way you can test if you are truly connecting to the Internet via these devices. I don’t own a SMC but a linksys. I have DDWRT on my linksys and connect /bridge to a belkin AP before.
