 Round robin for data syncing with Windows Server 2003 SP2
What is the best way to set up round robin on several file servers and have the files data be synced between the boxes? This is using 4 Windows 2003 SP2 Servers. They share all files for the sales force and customer service.

Don't. Set up DFS correctly and it will do all of this in one easy move. It won't do round robin but will be site aware and will replicate the data between the boxes if you want it to. Round Robin is not a good idea as if the server dies connections will still be attempted to it resulting in resource unavailability/poor performance. This would then need to be manually adjusted.
