 Room schedules not showing appointment titles.
Outlook, Outlook calendar, Outlook calendar printing, Outlook conference room schedules, Outlook meetings
Hello, I am using the latest version of Microsoft Outlook. I print out a daily schedule for the rooms in my office's building. For some reason, the calendar shows the title of the person who scheduled the appointment, but not the title of the appointment itself. I'm not sure why this is- any help or suggestions would be great. Thank you, -Rose

Try using the microsoft free download <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=3F28D5DC-25A4-41BD-9C98-67C47C6CD8FF&displaylang=en">calendar printing assistant</a> add-in. There is also a <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=6D4A4E82-171D-4D9F-A32B-9EFEE09B2711&displaylang=en">service pack 1</a> for this assistant. Keep in mind both are for Outlook 2007 only.
