Room calendars permssions using Exchange 2013

Hello I am running Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010 and 2013. In 2010 I have no issues. I have dedicated 3 room admins and they get all the requests for my rooms booking. In Outlook 2013 error messages pops up when anyone tries to book room saying "you dont have permissions" Please help.

You need to create resource mailbox or convert the existing resource mailboxes as Exchange 2013 resource mailboxes and users need to invite the resource mailbox and an email confirmation would come to users with regards to booking.
