Yes, I have checked all of the permissions for both the profiles folder and the individual user profile folders. Still no success. As long as I allow everyone to be assigned as a domain admin everything works okay.

Have you checked the sharing permissions of the profiles parent folder, in addition to the NTFS permissions ?

I have tried all of the above. If I change the user account to an administrator then everything works okay, but otherwise they are unable to connect to the roaming profile.
