We've recently migrated from a SBS NT4 to SBS 2000 server; everything went ok even installing and using VPN. Now I am facing the following problem:
As I create a new user with the Add user wizard or with copy user, the new user cannot log on any workstation on the network. While logging this error message pops: Profile folder severnamesharenameusername.pds cannot be made, you will logon with a local profile. After 30 seconds another error message saying: The local profile cannot be found. Then windows starts loading, when I manually create the folder on the share everything goes fine. Any explanations or help so that it can be created by itself?

Yes, permissions are set full control for all domain users.
