i am new to as400 and i want to learn printer files ...can any one send me the links where i could find information for rlu

I personally don't like using RLU it's rather cumbersome. We have a product that we purchased that it so user-friendly and is just like using SDA for screen design except that it's for printer file layout design. It's called RDA and it's very inexpensive for the amount of work and time it saves me.
