What are the various risks (operational,technological, BCP related, people related) risks involved when we look at sharing seats in a BPO? Eg: Customer operates from 2 locations UK and Australia...Australia seats can be comfortably used by UK since there is a 9 hour difference when in India....what are the risks to be considered in this scenario?
