Answer Wiki:
Bluecoat support should be able to help, but I'm not positive that you will be able to block just uploading data. You would most likely have to deny access to the websites completely. This is a good case for deploying a Network DLP system. You may block any posting of senssitive data or block the URL altogether.

I would imagine that you will need to simply block access to all webmail, forum, redirector, anamonizer, etc websites. I don’t think there is anything out there that can tell what kind of traffic the user is sending to the internet, unless there is a client installed on the users desktop.

Thanks MrDenny.
We are having Windows Operating system (Windows 2003) with MS Office 2003 and Symantec AV.
With this is it possible to stop posting without disabling access to internet?

This could be a losing battle without some complex Web filtering in place. Even then there are ways around it. Have you considered a host-based DLP solutions? That may be where this needs to reside if you need such tight controls.
