Comments on: Restrict Lotus Notes 6.5 users from sending email

I just need that user still can read their mail, they still can receive email but restrict them from send email internal/external. I have tried to restrict user’s access to thier mail files to reader on server,user still can send out email even prompt msg that you have no authorize.

Restrict the users access to mail.box on the server, then they will not be able to deposit mail for the router to send.

I have tried to restrict user’s access to thier mail files to reader even when the user try to send email it will promt that you have no authorize. But the email still cant send out,others can receive your email.AT the sent item will not shown the mail you just sent out.
