I am using Lotus Notes 6.5. I want to restrict/disable certain users from sending email for both internal and external mail. I want them to just be able to receive email. How would I go about doing this?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The simplest way that comes to mind is to restrict the user’s access to their mail files to Reader.

I have tried to restrict user's access to thier mail files to reader even when the user try to send email it will promt that you have no authorize. But the email still cant send out, others can receive your email.AT the sent item will not shown the mail you just sent out.

Restrict the users access to mail.box on the server, then they will not be able to deposit mail for the router to send.
