		<description>This depends on exactly what you're trying to do. Do you want to restrict all Internet access? Just certain protocols or apps? You can restrict Internet Explorer but that doesn't do much good when the user downloads and installs Firefox or Opera. You could do it at your firewall via IP or MAC address filtering. Can you give more details?</description>

I use it control my children’s online activity and block Internet browsers, e-mails, ftps and charting programs like MSN, ICQ, etc. Maybe it will suits someone's requirements.</description>
