We recently upgrade to the Resource Reservations Db R6.5.2. Since the upgrade various approved documents are being deleted by the server. Can anyone help or has anyone else come across this???

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Are the documents that are being deleted older than today? I ask because there’s an agent in that database that will delete documents older than two days. This is done to keep the RR database from getting too big.

Of course, if the documents in question are in the future, then there’s more investigation to do. Can you tell us more about these deleting documents — are they for the same originator, for the same room or resource, created via the user’s calendar or by entering the record directly in the RR database?

Thanks for reply. The auto purge agent is not causing the issue. Future docs from mulitple resources are missing (deleted). The trash in the system doesn't show these missing reservations so I'm thinking it's a Server process. I had a similar issue before where I was creating Domino dir groups docs is a Notes db then copying them to the Name & address book. They would then dissappear overnight. Not sure if this issue is the same though.

It could be something related to busytime.nsf. This database traces reservations that are stored inside the resource reservations DB. The one you had in R5 has probably been left behind and the one in R6 is not "tuned" to it. What you could do is stop Domino, save the actual busytime somewhere safe and then restart domino. Busytime should be rebuilt consistent this time. In case Domino is clustered instead of busytime you should find clubusy.nsf (not sure about this name). ciao
