 Resource Reservation question
Exchange 2003, Lotus Domino Server 8.x, Lotus Notes
Background: My company will by moving and after the move we will share and office with another company. We will share meeting rooms. We use Lotus Domino and they use Microsoft Exchange. Question: is it possible to send an inquiry (mail)(from lotus or exchange) to a room to see when it is available.

You may be able to use a new feature in Domino 7 and 8 that can expose your Free Time to Web services that may be able to be consumed by the Microsoft Exchange system. Not sure that it would work or not but check out this link. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/library/domino7-free-time/
