Resetting System Folders in Exchange 2003

Hello. Over the past week I have received the error message 0x8004010F, which is the object not found notification a user would receive if they clicked on send/receive in Outlook. It would appear that this message is because the mail server cannot find the offline address book. I rebuilt the book, remapped the OWA's to reflect the server, I downloaded the GUIDGen only to follow the instructions to find that I do not have a CN=SERVICES folder. So it looks like I can't reset the system because I don't have the necessary folders installed. I'm at my wits end on this one. Please help. (And there is no problem sending/receiving mail, the darn task box just keeps opening. Very annoying.)

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Make sure that you run ADSI Edit on the Exchange 2003 Server and not on any other workstation/server otherwise you will not see these folders in the configuration container. I assume that you are following the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822444/

Yes I was following the directions for microsoft support. Unfortunately, the server does not have the CN=Services folder. I can create the containers I need according to the folder names, but even then, I am missing the attributes I would need to reset the folder. Last night I restarted the server to let changes take effect and I still get the same error message when Outlook is open.
