 Reset Import
I was installing a transport when I was disconnected from the SAP system. The server didn't go down but my connection did. When I logged back in the transport was in the queue with a status of being imported. That was three hours ago. The transport is stuck in the import phase. Is there any way to get SAP to think that it isn't importing this thing any more? Or, do I just need to put an old backup onto the system and bring it back up to date? This system isn't crucial, just a sandbox. Many thanks in advance.

Answer Wiki:
We have had situations similar to this. Here is the process we used to resolve it: If you have a failed transport that leaves its status in an ?Import running? state: 1.) Within the STMS screen 2.) Click the ?Import Monitor? button (looks like an EKG monitor) 3.) Right click on the item with the truck 4.) Click on ?Delete entry? from the submenu list that appears 5.) Green arrow back 6.) Delete the transport items from the queue 7.) Re-add the items to the queue
