OL 2010 remembers which emails dnld before as it stores this info in the pst-file itself.
after conf ur a/c, can specify the delivery location to an already existing pst-file instead of letting OL to recreate a new one.... If there is a process to retrieve a/c settings via autodiscover, u may select the option to manually conf the a/c. This lets to a DB where the a/c retrieves via autodiscover r shown. This is not solution, this is actually a concept that may be help u to the some extent.
