Reporting Services Installation
My company is installing new software which uses SQL Server 2000 as its data container. Is it possible to purchase a standalone copy of Reporting Services 2008 and link it to the SQL Server 2000 database? I am new to SQL Server, but have a background in MS Access & Visual Studio. I believe that I could create reports against our new database with an installation of Reporting Services.
