I have a bunch of people answering emails from a homepage, that is all from the same email address. Users are currently accessing the emails from a public folder. Problem is that we cant see which emails have been answered. We can just see which ones have been opened.
Is there a way of automatically tagging which emails have been replied to or forwarded somewhere else, even with the reply message/forwarding address shown?
