Reply/forward tracking in a Exchange 2007 Public folder.
I have a bunch of people answering emails from a homepage, that is all from the same email address. Users are currently accessing the emails from a public folder. Problem is that we cant see which emails have been answered. We can just see which ones have been opened. Is there a way of automatically tagging which emails have been replied to or forwarded somewhere else, even with the reply message/forwarding address shown?

Answer Wiki:
I suggest you use a shared mailbox instead of public folders if you can change it to that without too much confusion. Emails which have been replied to will have "you replied on this date" at the top of them.
