as far as i know, there's no such software that can convert hp to cisco configuration. if you want to convert your configuration, you must do in manually. There are no any conversion tools but you may find a <a href="http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/network-technologies/tag/hp-procurve/atom/">use articles</a> on comparison between a Cisco and HP Procurve switches.

While there are no conversions tools to do what you desire, it would be helpful to know the models of HP and Cisco switches and the reason for replacement.
