Replace HP Proliant ML 350 disks without losing data
we have hp porlaint ml  350  servers , and  it  working proper  now we  need to  replace server disks   without loss  the  data, note: -os  :  windows  server 2003

So you have HP ProLiant ML350 servers running Windows Server 2003. There are currently 6 different generations that you could have of that server type. But putting that aside the ML350 does support hot plugin of HDs. So if you have not used all the drive slots and the OS resides on just 1 of the drives, what you can do is place the new disks in one of the other drive slots and then you can use the Windows Server 2003 software raid to mirror the data from your current OS drive to the new drive.
