For Meeting Center Sessions from your WebEx Site:
Click on Schedule a Meeting from the left-hand navigation after logging into your company's branded WebEx site.
Click on the Advanced Scheduler directly under the words Schedule a Meeting.
Click on the Date & Time item from the left-hand navigation.
Select the radio button to choose whether you'd like your meeting to recur Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly
Once you have configured your meeting to your desired specifications, click Schedule Meeting.
For Meeting Center Sessions from your Productivity Tools:
Within your email client, click on the Schedule Meeting button.
Click the button within your Calendar invite that says Add WebEx Meeting.
Click on your email client's Recurrence button.
Choose your Recurrence pattern as desired. These settings will carry over to your scheduled WebEx meeting.
For Training Center Sessions from your WebEx Site:
Click on Schedule a Training from the left-hand navigation after logging into your company's branded WebEx site.
Under the Date and Time heading, choose your preferred method of recurrence. You have several options available to you under this heading. Choose whether you wish to schedule a Recurring single-session class, a Multiple-session course, or Schedule irregular sessions.
Select the radio button to choose your Recurrence pattern as desired.
For Event Center:
There is no option to create a recurring Event Center session.
