Renaming “Alias” attribute in Exchange Server 2007

Hi,I am very new to exchange server 2007 and I am looking for a way to change the display name of “alias” attribute to something that make more sense in our organization, is it possible?

    Thanks for your attention in this, Solving this problem is so important to me. Let me explain more, I was creating emails for our employees using Exchange management shell and Exchange Management console. Since in creating a new mailbox there is no option for User ID and we want to have this information, we decide to fill the Alias textbox with User ID information. Now when other users open their mail account with Outlook web access if they enter the one employees address in “to” (sender address) and then right click on it and see the properties of it, they see an entry with the name Alias but its value is actually User ID . Now I want to rename Alias attribute to User ID so it makes more sense in our company, how can I do that? The type of our User ID is string if you want to know. In general how can I rename an attribute in exchange server 2007 for example if I want to rename the “CustomAttribute 1 “ to something else what should I do?
