Rename a computer and join it to a domain using script

Hi everybody, I have a domain with 700 computers, i want to rename all of the computer using a new rule, and re-join them to the same domaine, i want to do this using script, is the any way to do this remotely. thanks for help

    Though I couldn't provide any script, but U can try NETDOM command, which is built-in utility. And also for ur clear concept see MS link. U can also see here for command syntax example, though it is based on Wind-Serv 2008. This is just for ur idea.
