Remove the left pane in a column view in Domino 8.5.1
With every view I create, there is a "pane" on the left that displays all the other views. On some views, it's useful. On others, it's not useful. Is there some way I can control whether or not this list of views on the left appears or does not appear? I am using Domino Designer v8.5.1.

Answer Wiki:
There are a variety of options. Here's one: use a frameset witha single frame and set the frame to display the view.

Thank you so much. I was hoping to not have to create a frameset for every view where I don’t want the left pane to appear, but if that’s the best way to do it, that’s what I’ll do.

If setting an environment variable (like in the notes.ini) is acceptable in your situation, you might be able to just use one frameset, and use a formula in the one frame to determine which view to display. Or, for whatever you’re using to select the views in the first place, use an outline to tell it what frame to use…
