User Profiles. Security
User profile inadvertently assigned to all menus instead of security group. How to remove assignment to menus?

User profile inadvertently assigned to all menus…
 
I don’t know what that means. Please explain how a user profile is “assigned” to a menu (much less “all” menus). If we had some idea how it was done, we might figure out how to fix it.
