Remove individual font from multiple machines

Is there an efficient way, either through group policy or script, to remove a single font from multiple Windows XP SP2 machines? I would prefer a process that does not require an admin to log in to the machines.

Open Registry Editor by Start > Run > and type regedit and press enter. Now Navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER, and Set FontSmoothingType to…. and u may see the list of Fonts choose any one and set as 0
