I have a customer with several thousand entries in their Public Contacts Folder. They would like to remove all other contact folders from their systems and force everyone to use the same Public Folder for all contacts. Do you know of any way to enforce this? (Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007.)

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Did you find a solution to this? If so can you post the answer, or they decide not to push forward with this idea?

I don't know of any way to "force" this behavior in Outlook. I would not want to do this to the end user myself. People like to keep personal contacts and they aren't going to want to share those out. Keeping a separate public folder for company contacts is not a bad idea, but "forcing" everyone to use only that is not something I would recommend.
