I own an Internet domain. We complete Property Management tasks for individual Australian Real Estate Agents at our Offshore Office in India. Indian staff remote into the desktop or local server based Property Management Software of the Australian Real Estate Agent clients & complete the tasks directly in their software. Each client is a separate business, office & location in Australia. None are connected. We have MAJOR problems with high latency & low bandwidth not allowing our Indian staff to work. Summary of out status & key question as below: Australian market tech assumptions: 1)Each Estate Agent client (EA) is ADSL2 LAN or 3G WiFi based 2)We can provide additional 3G mobile devices if required 3)EA (incl franchisees) purchase & administer their own net capability 4)EA’s have Static IP’s 5)Each EA’s Property Management software is on a local server (on site, never hosted) or Desktop 6)Zero use of Cloud 7)Net capacity available at each individual Real Estate Agents site is: up < .35, down < 1 8)Latency to Integra India’s current server: 450MS 9) My business has no data centre in Australia. QUESTION: I need Remote Working Software specifically designed for VERY high latency, VERY low bandwidth. Note: Log Me In, Go To My PC etc do not work here, not effective in low BW/high latency. RDP, even when optimized to eliminate colors etc is not as effective. The software needs to be easy to install at each Real Estate Agents site/office. I can install/buy/use any software at my Indian office. We have high bandwidth at our Indian office. What remote working software should we be using - I am happy to buy it, I just do not know what to buy? Thank you, thank you, thank you Experts! Kind regards Mark

Do you have a budget for any remote access solutions? Are you currently using a VPN solution or RDP/VNC? Are these Windows to Windows connections?

Is your connection slower at certain times of the day. It may be bandwidth is compromised during peak usage hours. How many users at one time may be accessing your server remotely? What are your server specs?
