How can I remotely wipe a Windows Mobile device connected to our Exchange server? Are there policies or security templates I can use? Does anyone have a walkthrough? If someone leaves the company, we want to be able to delete all the company data from our company owned devices. We can do this with our laptops currently.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

In Exchange 2007 when using an IPhone (might be true for other smart phones). Bring up Exchange manager, Recipient Configuration, Mailbox, select the user. On right side select ‘Manage mobile device’. One of the options is remote wipe. I tested it on my IPhone and it made into a brick almost immediately, I had to do restore but now we know we can do a remote wipe and it works.

Always a good practice to use a company owned device obtained specifically for testing rather than testing with your own personal device. :-)
