Our company is having an issue with accessing VPS accounts remotely. We are going to have our members log on to their VPS accounts using RDP and we are trying to access the accounts remotely. When we log out of the VPS account, Windows automatically locks out the user. Is there a way we can disable the automatic lock out?

Cadetmeador,
What is the operating system of the remote system?
If it is a Windows XP machine, it will lock the console session when someone logs in remotely. You can fix this by changing some registry settings.
It is a Server 2003 OS
I’m not familiar with VPS. Is this an application or does it stand for Virtual Private Server?
