I have some customers using Terminal Services (Win 2003 R2)
Their IT provider wants to upgrade them to Remote Desktop Services (Win 2008).

Whilst there are good prudent technical reasons for doing this, what will the end user experience?

For example, will it be faster? Will the user see any tangible difference?
