 Remote control a computer over internet behind Cisco & Broadband router
My wan/lan scenario is graphically presented in this snap (http://www.picscrazy.com/view/dxxu )  So far using static IP I’m able to telnet (over internet) my cisco 2611 router which is behind NAT supported broadband router but what should I do to connect remotely using Realvnc or similar tool in order to access PC2(in fig). Thanks

As per the diagram, I'm assuming you are utilizing ACL on the routers since I don't see a firewall in place. You may need to add a line within the ACL section with external IP to internal IP via specific ports. I'm not a Cisco guy but you should be able to google it add those lines to your Cisco router. The other option is to install a product like "logmein" which would make any system that can connect to the internet available to you.

I would always recommend using third party Remote Control Software over any built in software that may come with your OS. Not only will there be many more features, most of your firewall issues will be easily overcome by the software. I would check that link I posted, grab a free demo, and see if it works out for you.
