I will be travelling O/S so can I access my MAC Leopard computer at home from a PC in an Internet cafe? I need to mark student assignments using a third party software called PDFPen that runs on my MAC. is there a remote access that handles this?

I’ve not used any of the methods mentioned by Flame above, but WebEx has a sterling reputation…
When I was in a mixed environment, we used a product called Timbuktu Pro (from Netopia, here: http://www.netopia.com/software/products/tb2/)
TB2 (as it is commonly abbreviated) is used extensively in mixed environments such as might be found in the Publishing or other content creation industries. You’ll need an agent on both systems.
You can also use VNC – one of the VNC flavors works cross platform, but you’ll need to do a bit of research, as I forget which one it is…
