i loked my self by the giving deny permissions in regedit for my administrator how do i recover, i unable to run any programm and showing error like " this file is does not have a programm associated with it for performing thsi action, create an association in the folder Optins control pannel" please help me........

In the folder options on the folder types tab, manually enter in the extension that the program you are using supports. then windows will ask what program would you like to open this extension. Then make sure your program is operating correctly.
