What speed will be good for a network connectivity. Is 2Mbps suficient for a single user in State Wide Area Network.

It depends upon on the type of applications you are using, 2 MB is fine for normal transactions. =================== Some considerations to take into account: What is your budget? What applications are run that use this connection? How many users are using the applications that uses this connection? Is the connection symmetric or asymmetric (DSL)?
