Redirecting to web server via DNS

We have an intranet site on our windows 2003 network. How can we setup DNS so that when typing intranet it redirects to our webserver?

Put an entry on your internal DNS server called intranet pointing to the IP address of the web you want displayed.

    On DNS server, create a new forward lookup zone and give a meaningful name. In this zone, create one new Host record, leave the name field blank and give it the IP address of to ur web server.
