 Red Hat 2x Terminal Server — is there a gateway to allow users to access outside the network?

We want to setup RedHat 2x Terminal Server and give access to servers to our administrators and mail access to OWA users via Terminal server from outside our network. Microsoft has the "Terminal Service Gateway server" with ISA 2006 for this. Does RedHat Linux terminal server allow anything similar? We have ISA 2006/ IAG in our environment.
