 Recommended reading and training for SAP CRM?
ABAP, SAP CRM, SAP training
Our company implemented SAP CRM almost a year ago. I'm doing the administrative back end processes. Is there any really good guide out there? I'm not an IT person but I can pick up on anything and I've picked up a lot already but I need more in depth training. I've gone to SAP classes but much of that is for the ABAPers. I'm very frustrated. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
