I have been tasked with doing some comparisons/making some recommendations for a good system to handle a small (but growing) business. I have personal experience with Remedy, Commit,and (an in-house program that I cannot remember the name of) but would like to find something very user friendly, with plenty of reporting features. Any input/suggestions would be greatly appreciated - it's those in the field who know what works the most smoothly and with the most benefits.....thank you.
