Lotus Notes Domino 8.5


I am using Blackberry torch to access office and external email during I am away from office for a month.


My office mail is using Lotus Domino 8.5 and able to forward to my office lotus mail from my colleague to my blackberry Torch thru external email account.


However,
I unable to receive mail from external mail such as @yahoo.com,
@hotmail.com etc which is forwarding from my Lotus Notes email.


Pls assists.

By the way, I use my hotmail account to test to send to my Lotus email and see whether it is forward to my yahoo account.(the forward mail to my yahoo account rules been set in my Lotus Notes).

It is unsuccessful and unable to receive any mail from hotmail even though the forward rules been set in Lotus Notes.

This is not a solution, it is a way to check to see ymails on BB….. Go to applications screen > click icon which is related to BB setup > cick icon personal email setup. Sure to read & agree to the TC applicable. Now type ur ymail id / pass & then click next and select ok to confirm account setup.

Remember, If there is no icon for personal email setup, then contact wireless operator for the url for the appropriate BB internet service website.
