Client has COM+, MSServer 2003, IIS 5.
Client is receiving error '8004e00f'
Method '~' of object '~' failed

when attempting to log in to proprietary software.
Siteminder is used clientside.

Steps taken in troubleshooting:
(not in any particular order)

Siteminder was turned off.
Web Server was restarted.
COM+ was restarted.
Local computer was restarted.
Cache was cleared.
COM passwords were checked/confirmed.
Server name was confirmed in the variables path.


It was decided that client will rebuild server or purchase another one.
Question: is there anyone here who's had experience re-installing COM+ on Server 2003?
