Make sure that all parent folders for Application Data permit read access for the requisite users. Verify that each user has read permissions for each directory in the path and that GPO policy isn’t overriding these permissions. Adobe recognizes that this workaround isn’t optimal in some enterprise settings.
Make sure Windows 7, the Application Data folder’s Everyone account has a special permission of Deny. Remove the checkmark for Deny
Map UNC paths such as \\server\profile\%USERNAME% to a drive letter such as U:\profile\%USERNAME%
On Windows 7, verify the LocalLow directory exists at C:\Users\<user>\AppData with Read and Write permissions

Try out the above !

There could be a number of reasons/solutions. Without knowing what happens and the exact error messages, we can only guess. Rechil mentioned some workarounds that are related to a runtime error in the Visual C++ library. That error is related to the way the reader checks for permissions when opening the program. Also, this could happen when roamming profiles are involved, as the program doesn't support them. If the workarounds provided don't help, more details are definitely needed.

I don't know the actual scenario..... So some guesses may help to solve the problems. I told here, to check in all respect. and one respect Carlosdl is right, yes, I wanted to check the permissions also ! Thanks --
