If I remember my Microsoft Access correctly you have to have a primary key on the table in the SQL Server database for Microsoft Access to be able to write to the table.
Assuming your first column in the primary key the CREATE TABLE command would look something like this.
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tb1PmtD](
[PmtDLU] [int] PRIMARY KEY NOT NULL,
[PmtDInvLU] [int] NOT NULL,
[PmtDAmount] [money] NOT NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]
You will need to remove the link from the Access database to the SQL Table and recreate it after your recreate the table.
