The environment in which I am working is not having the authority to add a library in *USE authority. File ABLCDEF1 is in a Library with *USE authority. In RPGILE if I declare a file like below: FABLCDEF1IF E K DISK And then have an update statement. Will the program fail in file declaration it self or when the actual update statement is executed?
