Re Installing OS on Iseries V4R5
My system needs a Software licence Key to IPL after reinstalltion after a system crash. The grace period has ran out for entering the key as we cannot find the original documents. I am now going to reinstall. Would i be able to reinstall from my last Full System Save without the hassles of having to reenter the Licence Key and can anyone point me to the correct ducmentation of doing this? Thanks

To reinstall your system, follow the instruction in the Backup and Recovery guide, Appendix G, Recovering your AS/400 system.

Your system will be OK for a next grace period of 70 days.
